Dodgers Take Game 1!!!

On Tuesday, the Dodgers played against the San Diego Padres. The Dodgers took game one of the three game series. They won 2-0. Ethier came up to pinch-hit in the 7th inning and got an RBI single to take the lead over the Padres.

Dodgers Win The Series!!!

The Dodgers recently played a four game series with the New York Mets. The Dodgers won the series 3-1. On Thursday the Dodgers won 2-0, on Friday the Mets won 6-1, on Saturday the Dodgers won 3-2, and Sunday the Dodgers won 1-0.

On Thursday, the Dodgers played the Mets and the Dodgers won. They beat the Mets 2-0. Matt Kemp knocked in an RBI and also hit a homerun. Today they play again at 7:10 P.M. The pitcher for the Mets will be Johan Santana and for the Dodgers it will be Vicente Padilla. GO DODGERS!!! Matt Kemp

Yesterday the Dodgers beat the Giants 2-0. The pitcher for the Dodgers, Billingsley, pitched the whole game and got the shutout. Today the Dodgers play the New York Mets at 7:10 here at Dodger Stadium. Go Dodgers!!!

A Four Game Sweep

This weekend the Dodgers played a four game series against the St. Louis Cardinals. They started on Thursday and ended the series on Sunday. The Cardinals swept the Dodgers. On Sunday, the Dodgers had the lead until the 9th inning Jonathan Broxton blew the save. The final score was 5-4 Cardinals.

The National League defeated the American League 3-1 in the All Star game. Brian McCann from the Atlanta Braves helped them win with a three-run double in the seventh inning. Jonathan Broxton from the Dodgers got the save.
